Delivery & Refund Policy


When ordering the piece, you will be asked to confirm that the wording is correct as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards. Please be aware that these are hand stamped, not done by a machine, so there may be imperfections.


Items can be returned new, unworn, unused, in packaging within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please do not hesitate to contact us by E-mail: to arrange the courier note for collection to be emailed to you.

All bespoke, hand stamped and personalised jewellery and scarves cannot be returned.

For guidance on how to return your order please contact us on Please also indicate in your email if you would like a refund or an exchange and your order # and indicate the reason for your return.

We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded.

The exchange item will be shipped to you, according to your preference, or the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Outside of the EU, customs duties and taxes are not refundable through our e-store. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.


Items should be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase.


If you wish to exchange your item for a different piece, this can be done up to 14 days from purchase providing that the item has not been worn, is in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Please note if the item has been personalised, it cannot be exchanged. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged.


Because a lot of the products is handmade to order, we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates. Please allow for a 2-5 week window + shipping times. It can vary between 3-6 weeks depending on time of a year and type of order. If you are ordering something as a gift and need it by a certain date please contact us and we will do my best to accommodate your request. If the item you requested is in stock, it will be shipped out within 2 days of your order.


We work closely with our shipping partners to achieve best possible timelines for our international customers. A slight delay can be a subject to customs procedures at the country of destination.

EU (1-4 working days) – £15
International & Overseas (3-10 working days) – £15


The customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery.
